Good, turned up when they said they would and the service works with no further issues. My only comment is that it is very difficult to identify when the 'good' shows are on, as their website guide does not accurately reflect what is on TV.

I thought the service provided was excellent, really helpful and in laymans terms not any hi-tech jargon. Customer service operatives are helpful, but it seems that the actual media TV package takes along time for problems to be solved by technicians. Will have to wait 7 days! for someone to come out to see me! 7 days without my TV!
