Excellent; very understanding and helpful, friendly empathetic advisors. There was a mix-up with my appointment; they cancelled one and re-booked it for the same time a week later, but the installers arrived in the morning instead of the afternoon. They managed to fit us in that day, but they were working in the dark until 7.00pm.

Good, turned up when they said they would and the service works with no further issues. My only comment is that it is very difficult to identify when the 'good' shows are on, as their website guide does not accurately reflect what is on TV.
